Carrie Cox is the Agency Manager of John T. Cook & Associates, bringing over two decades of experience in the insurance industry. Since earning her license in 2005, she has held roles in account management and finance, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both client service and agency operations. A graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a degree in Business Administration, Carrie holds multiple designations, including CRM, CIC, and CISR.
Carrie enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and values the opportunity to help them navigate their insurance needs. She approaches her work with a focus on clear communication, transparency, and strong relationships. Outside of the office, Carrie enjoys traveling, following college sports, and spending time boating and fishing.
